ok peeps, well, tonight in the UK it's comic relief. comic relief is a charity that raises money for worthy causes in africa and the UK. more commonly known as red nose day. so here's my challenge, for every reply to this topic received before 10:00 tonight (it's now 9:15), and these replies need to be nice, meaningful replies with something nice in them, I will give 50 pence to comic relief ... so come on peeps, help me out ..

We have this day in Germany as well, and I think it's a nice idea, combining fun with helping. If I knew how, I would definitely give a few euros.

Indeed. It makes me sick how there are so many self-consumed people out there... There aren't enough people in the world who want to help. It seems like life is just one big rush to some people. One big power contest. Noone cares about anyone else anymore... I'd give money to comic relief today, but I literally don't have anything to give right now. I usually give though, when I can.
Did I make it? I like snow, and seeing as how it's winter now that's a good thing. I get a week off classes next week so am in a good mood. That has nothing to do with anything, but it's posative.
I wonder if we have a day like this in the US. If not, why not? I mean I know the US is full of greedy people, but... we have enough! can't we give a little to those without? Even if it's just some time to help them... do anything, really.
